After the Opening Ceremonies, Flying Reporters, Violette Rouchy-Levy and April Miller asked several participants three questions about the Congress. The participants were:

Throughout the 16th ICA Congress several Malaysian cultural activities are being held in room 301 KLCC, Kuala Lumpur. These include demonstrations on Dikir Barat (Malay traditional dance) and Traditional Theatre called Wayang Kulit (Shadow Play).

This 16th ICA Congress is nearing its end. But what about the next Congress, in 2012 in Brisbane, Australia? The Flying Reporters met with Margaret Kenna, Project Director of 2012 ICA Congress in Brisbane, Australia to find out what is in store for the coming Congress.

ICA AtoM is a web-based archival description software that is based on International Council on Archives (ICA) standards. ICA AtoM is free, open-source software. It is multi-lingual and supports multi-repository collections. "AtoM" is an acronym for "Access to Memory".

The National Archives of Malaysia proudly organized a special function for all National Archivists at the 16th ICA Congress with His Royal Highness DYMM Tengku Syed Sirajuddin Ibni Al-Marhum Tuanku Syed Putra Jamalullail, The Raja of Perlis and Her Royal Highness DYMM Tuanku Fauziah binti Almarhum Tengku Abdul Rashid, The Raja Perempuan Perlis.
