France Saïe Belaïsch, née à Paris,  est architecte et travaille au Ministère de la Culture et de la Communication. Depuis 5 ans à la Direction des Archives de France, elle est chargée de suivre les projets de construction des bâtiments d'archives départementales et communales.  Elle suit avec attention tous les aspects techniques et architecturaux de leur conception et de leur réalisation. Elle est l'une des auteurs d'un livre paru en 2004 sur les bâtiments d'archives construits en France entre 1986 et 2003. Elle donne souvent des cours sur la conception des bâtiments d'archives dans une optique de conservation préventive aux archivistes ou aux étudiants en archivistique.

Auparavant elle a travaillé  pendant 5 ans pour le Ministère de la Culture au Centre de Recherche sur les Monuments Historiques et dessiné à cette occasion de nombreux détails d'architecture. Elle n'est donc pas insensible à la conservation que ce soit des documents ou des bâtiments.
