Mr. Fang Ming has participated in the edition and writing of ‘Chinese Encyclopedia-----Archives’, the edition and direction of some special topics on TV; From 1992 to 1996, He was responsible for the outreach work for the 13th International Congress on Archives, and held many exhibitions during that period.
