The session aims at presenting a different training concept and its open learning environment, conceived as a "modern model", based in particular upon a problem-driven approach, which will allow to use it whatever the local environment is, and especially in the context of continuous professional development and professional cooperation and knowledge sharing and dissemination. The session will also be the opportunity to be the starting point for building a professional network around the project, in order to ensure the dissemination of the methodology.
