Abstract:

The presentation aims to explore three research questions concerned with ISO15489, including how it has been studied and applied in the global world, gaps in its implementation in China, and how the experience gained from its application abroad could be applied in a Chinese context. The presentation finds commonalities and differences in ISO studies in English and Chinese literature and identifies where applications most frequently occur in standards development.
