The fee is MYR 2000 (approximately 450 Euros or 580 US$). This fee entitles all Congress participants to the following package:
- Attendance at the opening/closing ceremonies and all Congress sessions
- Lunches and tea/coffee between sessions at the Congress days
- Invitations to evening receptions
- Visits to the National Archives of Malaysia and other professional excursions
- Excursions to a variety of interesting places at the closure of the Congress.
