The 16th ICA International Congress will be held at the Kuala Lumpur Convention Center (KLCC) from 21st July to 27th July 2008. Many exciting social programmes have been planned to ensure that all participants have the opportunity to enjoy Malaysian Culture.

I wish to extend a warm invitation to all archivists and information professionals to the 16th ICA Congress in Kuala Lumpur from 21- 27 July 2008. I am proud that the National Archives of Malaysia has been chosen to be the host of this prestigious event which also coincides with the 40th Anniversary of SARBICA and 60th Anniversary of ICA.
